Cancellation by Client

• Cancellations are only accepted before the service has begun.

• If you cancel within 24 hours of placing the order and before work has started, you are eligible for a full refund.

• If work has already begun, cancellations will not be accepted, and refunds will follow our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

• Required information from the client is not provided within a reasonable timeframe.

• Payment is not received or is declined.

• The service requested falls outside our scope or violates our policies.

Refunds on Cancellation

If a cancellation is approved before work begins, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
